Ordering and Information

All our tiaras are available in either silver or gold plate and we offer a choice of alice band or tiara band in most designs. Tiara bands are relatively flexible and can be moulded to suit.

We also use Swarovski crystal and pearls, fresh water pearls, semiprecious stones and finest quality glass beads in our work. All jewellery is fitted with silver clasps.

In common with all handmade products, slight variations may occur, but we think this makes for a more unique product.

We offer a semi-bespoke service in that we can offer a wide variation in colour themes for most of our pieces, and are always happy to discuss design details with you, before you make your selection. We offer a crystal colour service for £1, where we can send a sample of crystals in the relevant colour range to help you coordinate with your colour theme.

We would aim to complete your order within 4-6 weeks at present, but should you require items urgently, we would be happy to discuss this with you over the phone.

We would contact you as soon as your order is completed and at this stage ask you to make your payment by cheque. Please be advised that we will not be able to ship your order until payment has been cleared. All cheques should be made payable to “Bonnibijou”. Prices quoted are in GBP.

Placing an Order

We prefer to talk to our customers direct. Please email us an enquiry, and include your telephone number. We always aim to get back to you within 48 hours either by phone or email.

Returns

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your order, we would ask you to return the goods within seven days of receipt for an exchange or full refund.
